A rice harvest now?!

We are in the beginning of the fall of 2016 and we have here a rice harvest:

I do not know if they will have a winter harvest but I would guess it is very probable they will have a spring rice harvest, a mid-summer harvest and early fall fall harvest as now.
It would seem we are looking at four growing seasons/year.
