WHO IS RIGHT?

The question is actually who is RIGHT and therefore who is WRONG:

When one nuclear power B,  has done XYZ, and a second nuclear power A, comes into the same domain trying to do everything possible to:
                   1. prove to B, doing XYZ is WRONG
                   2. sets out to do MNOP that XYZ is WRONG
we now have 2 nuclear powers on a confrontational course.

Was B the trouble maker to have done XYZ?

Or is A now the trouble maker for trying to teach the unteachable to B that what it did, XYZ, was WRONG.

This  is the current dangerous state in the South China Sea. The US is using its naval might to prove China is WRONG for building a few islands that it claims is part of its sovereign territory . . . that is no different from the US claiming Hawaii as part of its sovereign territory.

If what was WRONG here in the South China Sea, it is equivalently WRONG over the Hawaiian islands. Which would have equivalently true when Britain seized the islands of then Ceylon, Australia, Singapore, Penang and New Zealand. 

If Britain had to give Ceylon back to the Sri Lankans and Singapore to its indigenes, what about US giving back Hawaii to its indigenes.

In the case of the South China Sea rocks, islands, reefs, shoals there is no indigenes to return them to. However, there are still many American native tribes that are waiting for the US to the return the US to them.
