It really is to the interest of Israel to end its conflict with the Palestinians, either by a one state or a two state.
The alternative is a no go. Israel cannot expel all Palestinians from their homeland. It would be nice if she could; after all the Arabs have so much land left over from their conquests of Byzantine Christian lands of the Middle East and North Africa; and this is an outstanding matter that has not been settled with the West.
It is in the UN Charter that you cannot step in and take over the lands of other people. Strictly all Arabs are to return to their roots in Saudi Arabia; and return, e.g. Egypt to its original peoples, the Copts and Istanbul back to the Greeks.
