Police and Black Youth USA style

The code for licit murder by American police is:
I was endangered!

Police training is therefore:
not to wound
but to:
KILL at the first sign of danger
TO HIMSELF!

Now I read a 19 college student who returned home for Christmas, apparently took a baseball bat to his father.

The Chicago cop shot him to death because he felt threatened by the baseball bat that was directed at the boy's father.

This cop, like all American cops  was never trained to wound the boy; neither was he trained to do a Steven Seagal manoeuve on him.

No! He had to kill him.

And as everyone knows in the world, American cop killing is always of an Afro American youth who is carrying an IED or grenade launcher or an AK 47 or Israeli Uzi.

I say every American cop who kills on the grounds of his instant and uncontrollable fear that his life was endangered should immediately be incarcerated in a psychiatric ward for a full assessment as to his mental state as to his mental stability  to be officer in the police force of his jurisdiction. If he is found sane then he be brought to trial for murder.

If not, he must remain in continuous incarceration in a loony bin until the psychiatrist-in-charge is sure he has cured him of his instant and uncontrollable fear of Afro-American youth with pen knives, base ball bats and toy pistols. He may then be returned to duty.

If however, he again kills another Afro American youth whilst on duty under the same conditions, he must remain incarcerated and released only when he is declared cured.

The psychiatrist who treated him and fancied he had cured him is to be instantly incarcerated  on grounds of suffering from professional fanciful delusions. He must be treated until the psychiatrist shows no further features of such a mental problem.

When cured he may instantly return to his professional life. But if he ever discharges an American cop as cured of instant and uncontrollable fears of Afro-American youth but the cop shoots another Afro American youth for the same instant and uncontrollable fear, this psychiatrist must remain in treatment for life.
