Now here is some good news at last.

The Japanese army of WW II had to have some female comfort for their menfolk for all their battles and work in the field.

They commissioned Korean women to such duties but forgot to pay them.

Now at last there is to be a satisfactory settlement of this vexatious issues:

The problem is that they Japanese  army of WW II commissioned an even larger number of Chinese women and also forgot to pay them.

We hope that there will be a felicitous expeditious resolution of this problem.

There there will be peace between Korea and China with Japan.

The only outstanding account will be with the Taiwanese government because they did recruit some of their women for such war duties as well. 

This may be included in the settlement between China and Japan as Taiwan is a part of China.
