Too big to fall

This is an idiot proposition.

If X is too big to fall, the black mail upon the public is:

PAY TO SAVE IT.

The converse is if you are too small, you are not worth saving.

And in Chaos Theory, the flutter of a butterfly's wings was the basis for the devastating Katrina hurricane.

Chaos Theory is evidencing that X is too small to fall.

Whether big or small, if your criminal activity is the basis for your fall, then for God's sake:
