What is the big deal about Siwa for me ?
In Siwa are the ruins of the sanctum sanctorum of the Oracle of Siwa that Alexander the Great consulted and was affirmed by the Oracle that he was the son of Zeus.
Go there and walk on the very steps that Alexander trod as he went in to speak to the Oracle.
