There was a very critical difference between the two. With Barack it was described as formal, cool and reserved.
With the Queen, the Duke and the UK PM, it was described was warm, effusive and open.
Even in this day and age, it is always wiser to follow the old adage:
MAKE FRIENDS
AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE.
