This is interesting and curious

The US has apparently withdrawn its proactive role in its war against the Taliban in Afghanistan. It residual military elements are there to train the Afghan army so that it can take on the Taliban and ensure the security of the Afghan state under its present CIA sponsored President Ghani.

Now we have this news item:

in which:
     1.     a US helicopter has been brought down by an old US heat   
             seeking shoulder firing missile given to Osama bin Laden
             to whack the Russian air force
     2.     medical facilities of the President Ghani's Afghanistan is 
             being hit by missiles from US drones directed and 
             operated CIA staff at Langley, USA.

Is there any wonder that the Secretary General of the UN is disturbed and distressed by such goings on.
