The first genocide of the 20th Century was conducted by Germany upon the native peoples of south west Africa.
I knew it was perpetrated on the Heroro but not on the Nama.

The question is how will the current IV Reich respond.

Part of me feels sorry for the German people. They have bled, sweated and wept with the BLAME, FAULT and GUILT of Hitler's doings.

Now they are going to be impugned with this extra burden.

There is a part of me that believes that you cannot visit the sins of your fathers on the 7th, 8th and 9th generations. This is going too far. This generation had absolutely nothing to do with what happened them.

If  money can help the surviving generations, then give it and be done with it. What is so ill fitting is to impugn them with the BLAME, FAULT and GUILT.
