You really have to wonder if the speed of US justice compares with the above when they catch someone who takes a gun into school and kills wholesale as many as they can. We know that these 6 are going to get it and there are no appeals, and then more appeals and yet even more appeals.

The the Pakistanis have very Roman way about them. In Roman times, at any level of conviction one would not even thing of appealing the verdict. However if wanted to, you could appeal to be tried by Caesar. However, once the judgement is done - 

THAT IS IT.

THERE ARE NO APPEALS.

In Singapore, they allow you to appeal your conviction. However, if you lose your appeal, the punishment is INCREASED. It is never lowered.
