I find this a bit of shock!

You and I knew that IS is in northern Iraq and from there in an arc has spread over into Syria.

Now I read this:

Libya is nearly a thousand miles away from where IS is. How on earth did they make the leap from Syria to Libya; and in fact from Syria to UK.
