There are now 4 or 5 state in the US in which marijuana is legal. In Holland it was legal so long ago.

In Singapore and in Malaysia the restrictions and policing is so rigorous that there is no way you could export this stuff into these two countries.

The point is that, like PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOL in the US, those who insist on prohibiting marijuana and such other fine desirable products like coke and heroin are doomed to fail. 

What is the return to continue with this idiot charade when the known beneficiaries are corrupt police, custom officials and the CIA. Such corrupt factors are not in the countries that grow the stuff. It is in the countries that import it.
