It tells us that the continuing killing of Iraqis is still going on and it is at a rate over 1300 per month or 15,600 per year. This is by any yardstick is a massacre.
Even in the worst days of Saddam Hussein' reign with his two sons, did they actually kill their own people at the rate of 15,600 per year.
What in Heaven's name has Bush and Blair unleashed on the Iraqi people.
If you include 2000+ per month, the total morbidity rate of what is going on in Iraq comes to 40,000 per year.
This news item is a useless but vexatious irk because it does not tell us who is killing whom and how whom is fight back at what is responsible for killing them.
