How is it that even the great ones SIMPLY DO NOT SEE?

You certainly knew it cost some $2 - $5 billions to build a nuclear power plant to generate electricity.

You also know that this plant does not have a useful functioning shelf life into the infinity of time. In fact it has, as you might surmised functioning shelf life of some 20 to 30 years because of the inevitable consequences of nuclear corrosion and mechanical destruction.

Now when we finally have to close the nuclear plant down we leave it in our will to our children to deal with a monstrosity that has a radio active half life of some 20,000 years.

Do you consider this a kind, loving, thoughtful and generous gift to leave to our children.

We know ALL this before we build the nuclear plane and yet we ignore these facts. In fact we enthuse about the political decision to do so. 

Epistemologically:

THIS IS THE UBER OF BEING WITLESS.

AND OUR PRESIDENTS AND PRIME MINISTERS

ARE THESE IDIOTS THAT WE ALLUDE TO!

AND WE VOTE THEM IN?

WHO THEN IS EVEN MORE WITLESS.
