I can see how the PM of Israel will not allow the ICC to try his soldiers from war crimes.
The question is who is going to protect him from ICC charges of war crimes. If his soldiers do commit war crimes then they will have done so at his behest and imprimatur.
Logically the ICC will want to come after him.
