Via Henry Kissinger it interfered in the affairs of Chile and Allende and brought Pinochet to power. And today parents clothed in back are mourning for those killed without due process and of children taken away without consent. It could not stand Vietnam and Ho Chi Min and dropped a tonnage of bombs on the Vietnamese people that exceeded the total bomb load for all participants in WW II. It could not put but with the Taliban so they bombed them; but then they resurrected themselves to the chagrin of the US. They could not put up with Saddam Hussein and today they are bombing IS, knowing that as a tactic bombing did not work in Vietnam.
