In international air space you can do anything you want . . . or so I thought:

Here is a U.S. spy plane doing its thing:

However, the U.S. is upset because the spy plane is 500 miles from Los Angeles . . . oops correction. The spy plane is 350 miles off China's coast.

So . . . what is the big deal for the U.S. to howl, growl, yelp and bark about his encounter.
