This is either an air to ground or ground to ground anti-armour missile.

Does anyone know of a country that is an enemy of Iraq with five thousand tanks in its army?

After two years in storage with appropriate internal rusting - who are the Iraqis going to use these defective five thousand missiles on.

Now, if they can ship it to Hamas, it could be put to use quickly and effectively?
