At last - some justice

Not all banks have had their pants pulled down for the thwacking they deserve for their deceit and fraud that led to the world financial collapse.
Here is one that now is in for it:

However, what is WRONG is that the actual persons who did the fraudulent doings have NOT been punished.

They have taken their ill-gotten $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ loot and they still have it and are enjoying it.

So, when will justice be done unto them?

When do thieves steal on such an incredible scale and remain free?
