Would I allow a Sri :Lankan born in Canada to retain his Canadian citizenship if he was caught detonating a bomb in our Parliament killing very fortunately our prime minister because he opposed his policy of our government to support the present government of Sri Lanka who massacred the Tamil Tigers by the hundreds of thousands.
