none of these 7 conditions cited are not currently life threatening. 

He can continue be alive and well in a hospital bed as sitting in a court room. 

Of course if he dies in the next 72 hours my evaluation of his case would be WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG and WRONG.

However, if after 3 months he is still alive, then you know that I am RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT and RIGHT.

And his Pakistani doctors are hospitalizing him under very questionable conditions.
