Bill created DOS and by each each successive new "DOS", he required you and i to pay for it.

But you and I know that each new successive "DOS" was an "improved" variation on the basic theme of the previous and some in fact were disasters.

I may be WRONG, but as an ordinary uninformed IT man, I believe that the technology is such that he could have arranged it so that each minor changes here and there in the variation of his basic "DOS", be could have sent via the internet. directly to each PC using its antecedent and  fiddle the changes and we could have had the improvement free.
But:

NO! NO! NO! NO! and NO!

We had to:

PAY, PAY, PAY, PAY and PAY.

Let us face it, if I am right, our dear:

Bill is a Capitalistic Dracula.

He has bled us to the extent of USD$70+ billions and increasingly more and more.
