Before it did, its population was about 800.000 million+. With the policy, it stands to day at 1.3+ trillion.

One really has to wonder how modest will be the increase?

It is said that if the great unwashed of the world were all to rise to the level of the middle class, i.e each with a ladies' or men's gold Rolex watches, Gucci shoes, Armani design attires and each with a BMW - the intrinsic natural wealth of the earth simply could not support such a state of affairs.

In this respect, it is very interesting to note that no matter whatever the poverty and starvation level of an African nation under its top alpha ape ruler, it will always have that class of people who will will gold Rolex watches, wear Gucci shoes, Armani design attires and BMWs; and they have bank accounts in Switzerland and they holiday in Paris, London, New York, Madrid, Rome, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Vancouver and Toronto.
