The 2 Judges!

One, Judge Richard Leon voiced his view that the NSA's mass collection of meta telephonic data of American citizens was probably unconstitutional.
Now, Judge William H. Pauley III has deemed the above as necessary and Lawful.

Confused?

American judges remind me of those infamous times of yore when specialists were brought in to give their opinion on a psychiatric cases re the person's sanity. They were always in conflict and out of it the presiding judge and jury were even more confused.

The natural instinct is to pray for confluence, concordance, certainty and . . . PEACE!

But the fact-on-the-ground is that it will not be today, then or ever?
It is so because this is LIFE:

everything is improbable and uncertain. 

To want certainty, sureties and guarantees is OUT.
Everything is UNKNOWN.

For the bold and the courageous

life is to live by exploration and discovery.
