In this matter, what is you see by the maps are the geographical facts-in-actuality; and by extension, the logic-contingent-to-these-facts is inevitable as to whose sphere of influence it really is.

Even a mental defective can see that it is not a sphere of influence that anyone can really challenge; and if you try to, you can get yourself into a lot of trouble with the BIG BOY of the block. There is NO WAY the BIG BOY will put up with and interference.
