A new point of view.

All crime is vulgar, just as vulgarity is a crime.
so wrote Oscar Wilde.
So, the question is this:
Were the Wall Street crimes of the 2008 World Financial Collapse
an uber vulgarity?

In one sense one may say "YES" because those Wall Street men were utterly low class greedy ruffians who wantonly and uncontrollably wolfed and devoured their banquet of financial opportunities in a the most indecent vulgar way.
And was to the cost millions such woe and misery that only low class greedy ruffians had not an iota of concern or care, kindness and gentility towards.
