There was such a load of waffling whether Yasser Arafat was murdered or not, for various considerations. One consideration was sow confusion. Confusion is the fertilizing feacal manure for DENIAL. 

However, now finally, some person has had enough and has finally blurted it out:

Now you want to know who can produce this lethal but nice poison? This question is like asking: 

"Which nations can produce gold."

When you list them, you can eliminate those who really had no animosity towards Yasser. Thus I would name North Korea, Pakistan, India, Australia, Tonga, Bermuda, Saudi Arabia et alia.

Then there are the "may be" nations who might want to poloniumize him. Sadly, in this list we have to include Canada as the current stance of the present government of our fearless leader, Stephen Harper is outright anti-Palestinian. Who else can you think of that would be in this "may be" list of wanting to kill Yasser.

Then there is the list of those who are sure or near sure murderers of Yasser. Can you guess who they are?

Then, in that list there is the top three who are the most likely of all. And of that top three there is one that surely takes the polonium cake.
