You may recall how without any
thought of seriously seeking a way to negotiate out of its difference with
China, the EU in a classically Roman way whacked and slapped
tariffs on China.
China's riposte was that it
wanted to know if the French wines into China were . . . whatever!
Of course you could see the end
conclusion; and now it has come:
Do you the Roman streak in the EU will now be set aside as it relates with other nations?
