Dining on insects.

The problems for farmers who own wheat fields in the prairies of Canada is when it is under attack by swarms of locusts.
This insect of course is an incredible converter of top grade Canadian wheat into locust protein. In turn this protein is of very high quality.
I have not eaten locusts but I am told that when it is fried it is said to have the taste and bite of fried prawns. For this Canada has an established export market of locusts to Japan.
For this I do not look down on people who eat insects. However, if you view this, as a I have, I am not sure I would try all as shown:
