The point of this:
is that this crack down on .gov.usa employees apply to those who are on the .gov.USA job of cyber attacking the computers of other nations.
By this crackdown, the U.S.A. is admitting doing what it was growling, barking, yelping and howling at China, it alledged, was doing to it.
The U.S.A. is against another whistle blower. It cannot take the humiliation of exposure that it is involved in dirty tricks. Yet, everyone knows it is the uno numero in this game. Ask Fidel Castro and he will confirm to you what dirty tricks past .gov.USA played on him.
One Snowden is more than enough.
