The ectasy of discovery . . . but not just yet.

It is the wonder of being human to discover new things; and currently the uber of all discoveries is:
whether there are planets
in the Goldilock's zone of other stars;
and if there are, can they support life.

If they can, then by the Laws of Physics, may they have evolved life, parallel to that which has taken place on earth.
If it has:
Is there human life in such planets?

If there is, the question is whether there was a parallel Adam and Eve with the whole rigmarole of Jesus having to be crucified to save their progeny from hell and open the gates of heaven for them . . . if they were good according to the Laws as set down in their Genesis and Leviticus?

So, here is the evidence that we are getting closer to answering these questions:

On that day when these answers are found then that will be the uber discovery of humanity. When that happens it will be:
Ectasy-of-Discovery-in-Experience.

Of course if their evolution does not parallel ours, what kind of sentient monsters inhabit these exo-planets. And if they are superior to us, might they view us as delectable appetizers before their main course?
