Spying is a necessary ancient profession. From times so long ago, every nation of power has done it.
So, what is new about cyber spying, a.k.a. cyber attacks.
From the superior position of its 'clean hands' the U.S. has been virtuously attacking China for its cyber spying.
And now we find this:
It is not there are inaccuracies in these disclosures of U.S. spying.
It is that the U.S. is doing it - cyber spying.
By extension, every nation is doing with the exception of Tonga, Tuvula, Haiti, Babados, Zanzibar, Malawi and perhaps England!
