EU slaps import duties on China solar panel dumping.

China had tried to get the EU to talk re its concerns about the EU had re her exports of solar panels. The EU took the stance that China was dumping the product onto the EU market. This accusation was to say the least insulting. And in a truly Roman way the EU was sure of its power and so it raised its tariffs.
