An Answer to World Hunger At Last!

On the turn of the Great Wheel of Life, any nation of the world  would come to face starvation and famine. This has happened to Ethiopia, Sudan, Haiti and other countries. The game played under such conditions by the West is invariably to bemoan their lot of having to send grain and other stuff to these people.
Never, once has the West ever taken the measures to teach these people to undo the recurring pattern of their lot - of times when they could feed themselves and then be struck by famine and starvation. This was China's recurring lot for eons of time. And now they have found a solution to free themselves of this yoke:

There is something immoral - sending food relief knowing that you that you feed them to starve again.
