It is best your language.

In Houston, the war criminal Henry Kissinger and James Baker III offered their take on the relationship between the US and China:

My problem is the language used by James Baker III about managing the relationship between the US and China. It has the aroma of the US being able to do and control the XYZ of the relationship between the US and Ching. If my reading is accurate-to-fact, then this kind of languaging is erroneous-to-actuality-and-probability.
How on earth can you manage a nation that amidst other things it has a 'regiment' of this:

The best to do is to nurture your connection and dialogue and find a consensus and a compromise. 'Manage' to me is a bad word.
