Here is an interesting news item:
Everyone knows that the US is financially in difficulties. However it is still THE MOST POWERFUL MILITARY NATION in the whole world.
And everyone knows that North Korea is unimaginably poor. You will have a headache to find from the Internet what its GDP and foreign reserves are.
So, I cannot believe that just because North Korea blurted out some insane bravura that it would nuke the US that the US would take it so seriously as to do what it is doing now.
The only explanation is FEAR.
