I know for sure that there is female general in the highest echelons of the PLA because I saw her co-participating in a forum sponsored by the NUS Dept. of Public Policy in the presence of its internationally famed Dean, Professor Kishore Mahbubani.

She was introduced to the forum by Professor Mahbubani. I could not believe the accolades and recognitions he placed on her.
