And a hoped for visit by PM Cameron in early 2013 to meet the new team ruling China was on and then put off and then put on again and then put off again . . .
It is upsetting especially since the French President's visit has taken place.
And Britain welcomes investment from China which has increased fourfold from 2012 to 2103. Given her current economic state of affairs, it would be most unwelcome if it were stopped.
