A remarkable U.S. about face.

Everytime the DPRK = N. Korea does something bad, the U.S. whacks it by engineering the U.N. to apply economic sancitons. Obediently the U.N. always does so.
Of course this hurts DPRK.

After DPRK most recent nuclear test the U.S. got the U.N. to up more sanctions.

Now on this pass it seems it finally got to DPRK and it has responded in the wildest manner possible.

I personally do not think doing this reflect consistency. If you want to keep irritating the pussy cat by pulling on its tail, then when it finally turns on you with, fang, claw and spit - whack it!
What you do not do is back down.
You loose credibility if you do.
