I deeply regret that his has overtaken Jimmy Carter

He may not have been the best of all American Presidents. However, Jimmy Carter, has always done the best he could when in office and after he left office.

Alas this now has befallen on him:

I do not seek any new patients including cancer patients. However, I beg anyone-if-you-are-out-there-if-you-can: 

please tell Jimmy Carter that I have a student, Alan Patching, in Brisbane, Australia who has used our Therapeutic Algorithm to reverse cancers successfully.

One of his first cases was the reversal of a lady with a pancreatic cancer. This cancer as everyone knows is medically incurable.

If his cancer is so widespread as this news item suggests, probably his only hope is Alan.
